• The dog must be over one year of age
• Weight must be less than 9 pounds
• Weight should be normal and not caused by stunted growth, malnutrition or health issues.
• Present the application to your veterinarian for verification. Make sure all blanks are filled and signed by the owner and the veterinarian. Mail to NADSR for acceptance along with the $6.00 fee.
• All offspring from an Imperial Shih Tzu must have a microchip at sale and recorded on registration papers. At one year of age the offspring my apply for Imperial Shih Tzu status.
